The whiteboard of my life.

So I found plans for a homemade EEG while doing my nerdy daily research.

An EEG is an electroencephalogram. It can be used to monitor brain signals.

So here it is: Let’s say I come up with a specific mental state I want to keep. Motivation, let’s say. I can quantitatively record how to get there, what states are more or less conducive to this state, what foods and training methods impact my mental state the most towards the mental state, etc.

I have so many ideas for this. I think the project will cost something like 200$. I’ll see what I can come up with. It’s not a current project, but maybe a down-the-road thing.
