2nd day of parkour PKTO summer jam,
Finally training. First day and I’ve trained for 4 hours. First backflips in over a year. Wall runs are sloppy. Cat balancing and bar work is just as good as it ever was. Probably better. Precisions are easy now. Foam rolled and my legs are brutally sore. QL muscles too. Did both splits, swings, rolls, lots of jumps and vaults. Ketllebell juggling was in there too. Time to practice some light barbell work and eat. Btw I took a lot of videos and pictures.
